To say they saved my dog’s life is an understatement. She was from a rescue that did not vet her properly and it wasn’t until she was in our home that she became reactive/resource guarding. I literally called stealth k9 out of desperation after reaching out to the rescue to return her after she turned in our other dog. After speaking with Mike, I felt hope. My husband and I decided, in order to give her her best chance at living a fulfilling life without stress and worry, to enroll her in the 8 week board and train. She has been home from training now for a few months and the change is unbelievable. While we do our part in not leaving any resources out and we slowly reintroduced her back to our other dog, her demeanor is best described as happy, calm and relaxed. Do we need to go back to use the unlimited sessions? YES, we do and have! Is that because of the dog? NO, it’s not! It’s to refresh me as a handler! I am forever grateful to Mike and his apprentice trainers for saving Maggie’s life and for helping her be a very well behaved dog that everyone can now enjoy and love.

Great experience. My dog was having behavioral issues that I initially thought was aggression but was later revealed to be anxiety. He had issues lashing out and lunging at people, but this spot was the reason I was able to get him trained for the better. I did this when he was 1 year old because I felt like he was reaching a critical point and needed some intervention before it got worse. Big bonus for the future unlimited sessions they provide after completing your training because your dog is going to develop and sometimes regress depending on how consistent you are. I also use the boarding because this is the only spot I feel like they will properly handle him. My dog is 75lbs and he's a sweetheart, and I know how to manage him but he will walk over someone who doesn't know how to handle him. I've seen it at other boarding locations. Anyways thanks fellas

Stealth K9 is incredible! If you're having some issues with your dog that you don't know how to handle, or if you simply don't understand how to train your own dog (many of us don't) then this is the place to go. I had my dog go through the board and train program for 2 weeks of obedience. Before he left, it was embarrassing to take him out in a public place where other dogs were present because he was incredibly reactive towards other dogs, I just couldn't control him. He pulled on the leash, didn't want to listen around distractions and really needed to learn how to focus. When I picked him up, I didn't just get my goofy boy who's personality was the same as when I left him, but now he listened. He would heel on the leash, no pulling, and I could walk by another dog without him going crazy. He'd even listen to me when I told him no for chasing the squirrels in our neighborhood! I love the results and I love that they offer unlimited training sessions for the life of the dog afterward, because we still have some ways to go as a team. Overall, if you're looking for a trainer in the Houston area, this is it! They are educated and know what they're talking about and I always got answers to any questions I had. This place is incredible and Mike is great guy and professional!

I had my dog trained with them for obedience, and I really can't say enough good things about their training program! My girl was scared of many things and didn't listen well because she was too fearful. They were able to desensitize her to the things that scared her (showing her loud noises wouldn't hurt her) so they could focus on her obedience. I'm extremely pleased with the results and would recommend them to anyone needing a trainer!

I purchased a puppy from them and the dog is nothing less then awesome. He was exactly what I was looking for a stable confident but compliant intelligent dog. A lot of drive and fear of nothing with a hunger to work and learn. This 8 week old puppy already learned heel, sit down and place!
